Terry has broad experience in employment, personal injury and commercial litigation. He practices in both state and federal courts, and he handles litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. Terry also handles matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Mr. Higham advises and represents employers, board of directors, and senior officers and managers concerning all types of employment litigation and transactional matters.
A graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law following completion of his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, Terry represents clients in complex civil, commercial and banking litigation. These include such diverse areas, including privacy protection and art restitution matters. Although Terry typically represents clients in California, he has also handled matters and cases in conjunction with other counsel in Texas, New York, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
